Project Installation Specialist

In compliance with EHS (Zero Deviation) and regulatory standards, this role assists project managers on operational coordination of installation activities, including:

  • Ensure adherence to installation plans, procedures, and work method statements in line with standard processes and product specifications.
  • Provide input for installation work package management.
  • Oversee installation works for M&U signalling equipment and related performance, including monitoring and coordinating actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, and technical interfaces.
  • Coordinate and assist subcontractors through site visits, meetings, inspections, and assessments.
  • Liaise with third parties, such as facilities providers and civil work partners.
  • Ensure interface drawings are available and coordinated.
  • Coordinate the installation engineering team for assigned scope.
  • Ensure compliance of installation activities with DIS installation and FO process.
  • Contribute to best practice definition and REX within the product line.
  • Propose updates or improvements to the installation working process, tools, and RefLib.

Performance Metrics

  • Quality, EHS, RSA: monitoring, anticipation, and reporting on progress and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum knowledge of:

  • Railway site management principles.
  • Site planning control principles.
  • EHS requirements.
  • Experience in site activities planning management.
