Senior Financial Management Specialist

The Senior General Ledger Accountant will support in maintaining the company's financial books, records, and accounting policies.
Maintain accurate month-end close procedures and associated workpapers in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and best practices.
Manage the entire fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal, including tracking capital expenditures, calculating and recording monthly depreciation and amortization, and performing periodic reconciliations of fixed asset accounts.
Coordinate with our Revenue / Receivables team to drive timely and precise cash applications motion.
Execute month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure proper elimination entries are made for consolidating multiple legal entities.
Assist in preparing schedules and providing documentation for annual financial audits.
Interface with our accounts payable team to ensure appropriate classification of expenses and enforce best practices.
This role requires at least 5 years' experience as an in-house accounting professional preparing month-end close reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts. A completed university degree in accounting is also required.
The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency with NetSuite and Ramp, as well as comprehensive familiarity with GAAP accounting and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
