- This is a fast-paced environment where creativity meets speed and cultural relevance. You will be responsible for capturing the energy of live sports and turning it into engaging content.
- Edit sports moments within minutes of the play for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Design motion graphics, product animations, overlays, and visual effects in After Effects that resonate with Gen-Z sports culture.
- Create thumb-stopping content by translating real-time sports trends and memes.
- Optimise aspect ratios, captions, and pacing per platform to maximise watch-time and shares.
- Maintain a clean library of templates, presets, and project files.
- Collaborate with marketing and product to align storytelling with brand goals.
- Pitch innovative ideas based on your understanding of sports, meme, and creator culture.
- Work on both real-time sports content and more elaborate weekly or fortnightly editorial projects.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of professional editing experience preferred.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Deep grasp of Gen-Z meme culture, TikTok pacing, and viral hooks.
- Ability to spot high-impact moments across various sports without watching full games.
- Comfort operating in a real-time, high-velocity environment.
- Genuine passion for sport and the creator economy.
- Clear, fast communication and willingness to iterate on feedback.
