Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX designer to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate strategy into design: Convert research insights and client business goals into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI assets that align with growth objectives.
  • Craft user-centered experiences: Apply design thinking to ensure usability, accessibility (AODA/WCAG compliance), and intuitive functionality across websites and digital products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with project managers, developers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences for clients.
  • Prototype with precision: Build interactive prototypes that clearly communicate flows, interactions, and user journeys for client approval and development alignment.
  • Leverage AI-enhanced workflows: Integrate design practices with brand-trained AI tools to deliver smarter, faster, and more scalable outcomes for clients.

About the Role:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in an agency or product environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, with familiarity in Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to work remotely across time zones and deliver in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
