Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Middleware Solutions Java Developer to lead our team in delivering technical projects for clients worldwide. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on Java technologies and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of technical solutions using Java technologiesCollaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirementsPlan and monitor project deliverables from the teamContribute to technology stack evaluation and assist in making technology choices for projectsDesign and govern reusable accelerators, apply design patterns and reusable technical componentsWork with relevant teams to ensure timely project deliveryPrepare technical solution and architecture documents, artefacts, work products and presentations for clientsContribute towards excellence in a highly collaborative team environmentLead and mentor development teamsWork closely with Project Managers, Senior Business Analysts, and development teamsTake ownership of solution delivery and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a solutionTask allocation and performance evaluation of team membersCommunicate with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progressInterview candidates when needed and help in the recruitment processProvide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management or a related field6-9 years of experience in leading teamsKnowledge on process methodologies – Agile/frameworks like CMMI
