Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Agile teams and implement agile methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, product development, and people management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in managing projects and product development, with a minimum of 1 year of people management experience. They should also possess knowledge in managing agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners across the organization and ensure that recognized agile software progress matrices are in place. You will also be responsible for organizing and preparing metric data on a regular basis using repeatable methods.

Requirements
  • At least 6 years' experience in managing complex projects and product development, with minimum 1 year people management experience
