About the Role

We seek a seasoned data architect who will craft and refine data visualization tools that empower public-sector and non-profit leaders to make informed decisions. This role involves working with complex datasets, building relationships between disparate files, and developing reliable data models ready for analysis.

You will leverage Power BI (and occasionally Tableau) to transform raw information into compelling dashboards and visual stories that clearly communicate trends, insights, and key performance indicators.

  • Data Analysis Expertise: We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in data analysis, including SQL/relational databases.
  • Business Intelligence Skills: Skilled in creating data visualizations using business intelligence software, ideally with experience in Power BI (strongly preferred) and/or significant experience with Tableau.
  • Data Modelling Expertise: Experience working with datasets in various conditions/formats and which require building relationships across disparate files to create a comprehensive data model.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and adapt visualization tools that bring together various data sources.
  • Examples include: student information, finance/HR information, etc.
  • The tools are built to address the challenges that public-sector and non-profit leaders face daily, monthly, and annually.
