
Customer Service Representative

This role involves supporting clients in the Americas region by providing quality consultation services based on their business requirements and/or spend management objectives. It requires a good knowledge of Concur T&E and Invoice solutions, excellent customer service skills, business communications terminology and technology, and organizational procedures.
- Active role in data gathering for implementation and/or activation of SAP Concur products and services.
- Understanding best practice configurations and providing recommendations.
- Managing projects, cases, escalations, and other units of work as required.
- Providing ongoing support of cloud-based products.
- Maintaining awareness of customer business processes that may impact SAP Concur configuration requirements.
- Maintaining accurate, high-quality, and timely documentation for all steps and activities undertaken on all matters.
- Maintaining working knowledge of SAP Concur related products, including new releases.
- Exceeding and meeting departmental objectives.
- P preparating and/or maintaining configuration to customer requirements.
- Awareness of and compliance with all corporate policies.
- Experience with Concur Expense preferred.
- Experience with consultancy roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes.
- Exceptional analytical and listening skills.
- Ability to operate well in a team environment.
- Keenness and flexibility to work extended hours.
- Management consulting experience is a plus.
