Director of Customer Experience Mapping

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Customer Experience Mapping to lead our team in crafting innovative and data-driven experiences that deliver value to our clients' businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer journey mapping, data analysis, and experience strategy development. They will be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, technical experts, and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and drive project results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform experience design decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement omnichannel experiences that meet client needs.
  • Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and critical thinking skills.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience mapping, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective customer experience strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as GWI and SEMRUSH.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
