About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Software Engineer. In this position, you will have the opportunity to design, build and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases for a cloud-based commercial software development project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior database administrators to obtain database specifications and requirements.
  • Design, implement and maintain databases to support new software development.
  • Review and maintain server backups to ensure data integrity.
  • Architect and maintain large-scale data infrastructure based on NoSQL technologies.
  • Stress test and optimize the system for efficiency in a distributed database environment.
  • Analyze internal processes and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Relational database experience (MS SQL preferred).
  • Understanding of database design for data-driven applications.
  • Analytical thinking with good troubleshooting skills.
