Windows System Administrator (Citrix)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for cloud-based solutions
  • Ensure seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components
  • Build and maintain new development tools, infrastructure, and networking
  • Maintain and deploy cloud applications
  • Develop and configure infrastructure as code using Ansible and Terraform
  • Administer Dev, Test, and Production environments hosted on Windows, Linux, and Unix servers
  • Have strong knowledge of load balancing, CDN options provided by multiple cloud vendors
  • Install and configure MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and other databases
  • Ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
  • Identify and fix technical problems and install software updates and fixes
  • Support installing and maintaining a logging cluster using Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp and Xen Desktop with multiple sites and farms
  • Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp, and Xen Desktop
  • Experience in performing Citrix upgrades and farm migrations from planning through implementation
