As a Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing valuable insights into product performance and customer success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and measuring key metrics to demonstrate product efficacy and customer satisfaction.
  • Performing ad-hoc analyses in response to requests from stakeholders, including A/B testing on our website or app, and identifying root causes of operations issues.
  • Collaborating with the Product Team to analyze, understand, and communicate future growth opportunities.
  • Developing business cases, operating models, and financial models to support new product initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintaining alignment among stakeholders regarding operational status and product performance.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or product operations.
  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in an analytical field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and the ability to learn other data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with the capacity to learn quickly and independently.
