Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator role at a given organization is responsible for all payroll related activities. This includes assisting with several local or international payrolls, ensuring payroll deadlines are met, and resolving payroll queries and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate deductions to be made from wages, including social security, state and federal income taxes.
  • Review payroll registers for accuracy and completeness before payroll salary disbursements are approved.
  • Process garnishments and court orders, manage multiple reports, and provide to management as needed.
  • Prepare payroll calendars and ensure pay cycles are completed on time.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely, effective manner.

This role requires excellent customer service, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in the use of payroll and time and attendance systems is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of experience in international payroll
  • Must show proficiency in the use of payroll and time and attendance systems
  • English language fluency required
