Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or completion of at least two years in a JD program
  • 1-2 years of experience in a corporate law firm or legal department of a financial or investment institution
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
