Job Title: Senior Business Insights Specialist

Job Overview:

The Senior Business Insights Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for managing and analyzing complex data sets, conducting in-depth research, and providing actionable insights to inform business strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Extract critical information from various data sources, including financial reports, market research, and customer feedback.
    • Input extracted data into the system database, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
    • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholders, including executives, managers, and external parties.
    • Ensure all reporting outputs are correctly formatted and adhere to organizational standards.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular quality reviews of data and research to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Flag discrepancies for additional review and collaborate with team members to resolve outstanding issues.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years experience in data analysis, research, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
