Key to success in this role is a keen analytical mind and strong leadership skills. As an Inventory Management Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and optimization of inventory across client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective demand forecasting and replenishment plans using sales trends and historical data
  • Analyze and manage inventory health (e.g., critical levels, overstock, out-of-stock risks) across SKUs
  • Align inventory planning with marketing strategies and client seasonality
  • Recommend and implement inventory actions such as reorders, markdowns or push for slow-moving items
  • Oversee PO calendar and supply planning accuracy
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards for key inventory metrics
  • Collaborate with clients, sales and logistics teams to ensure alignment of inventory plans with operational targets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory planning or demand forecasting
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or third-party logistics operations is a plus
