This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to learn new technology and data quickly, and experience working with CRM systems.
- Manage a high volume of customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily
- Use contact search and productivity tools to verify contact information
- Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion
- Develop product knowledge to address customer objections intelligently
- Document and track feedback and measurements through surveys, calls, and emails
