Corporate Finance Leader

We seek a seasoned finance professional to drive our corporate treasury strategy and key initiatives. As a trusted advisor to the CFO, you will play a critical role in achieving Fund Raising and Cash Management goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cash Management
  2. Oversee daily liquidity and cash disbursement management to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Monitor and manage credit facilities to minimize risk and maximize returns.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive cash flow forecasting model to inform senior management decisions.
  5. Ensure all sites have adequate working capital requirements and surplus cash is consolidated and invested in short-term placements.
  6. Prepare reports and proposals for cash management improvement, including risk control measures.
  1. Loans Management
  2. Ensure compliance with loan covenants and reportorial requirements.
  3. Support corporate borrowing activities and maintain strong relationships with lenders and creditors.
  1. Banking Relations
  2. Interface with lenders and creditors to secure financing needs of the organization and its subsidiaries.
  3. Maintain excellent relations with bankers, lenders, and creditors.
Requirements
  • College graduate with a Master's degree in Finance or related field an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or related field with a strong background in budgeting, financial modelling, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, with a particularly strong background in MS Excel.
