Software Recruitment Role

This role involves the recruitment of software and technology professionals in the UK and Ireland, working remotely.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conducting interviews with candidates and creating detailed reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and scheduling interviews.
  • Attending briefings with hiring managers to discuss job requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Experience in recruitment sourcing, specifically for software and technology roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of mid-to-executive level requirements in Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Software Development, Engineering, Project Management, and Project Delivery.
  • Able to work towards targets and key performance indicators.
  • Background in Vendor or Recruitment Agency industry.
Nice to Have
  • Experience using Vincere ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, BOX Central File Sharing Platform, and MS Teams.
