Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our work with Asia-based clients. This is a full-time, Asia-based role embedded within our team but focused exclusively on servicing client external communications and knowledge strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 12-month strategic communications plan for flagship clients, aligning content outputs with agreed objectives and milestones.
  • Liaise between client internal teams and our editorial, design, digital, and project teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, on-brand communications.
  • Draft, edit, and oversee production of marketing materials, blogs, articles, newsletters, press releases, and social media copy (2–3 weekly outputs expected).
Campaigns & Events Support
  • Support marketing strategy, content planning, and execution of up to 20 client events annually (both in-person and virtual), including speaker briefings, content toolkits, and post-event coverage.
  • Partner with in-house and freelance designers to develop branded content and assets pre-and post-event.
Content & Asset Management
  • Manage multimedia content repository (images, video, audio) to support ongoing client communications and campaigns.
  • Maintain editorial calendars, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards across client deliverables.
Internal & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client-side communications leads and programme managers.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and production timelines with our in-house content, design, events, and web teams.
