Location: Panay / Negros / Manila Job Requirements & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Head of Operations, or similar role. Experience in setting up offices or companies, including legal and administrative aspects. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations specific to the Philippines. Familiarity with licenses and permits required for business operations. Basic knowledge or interest in technology to support operations, with a willingness to learn tech solutions. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Willingness to travel if needed. Job Roles & Responsibilities: Office & Company Setup: Lead the setup of the office, ensuring it meets local regulations and company goals. Manage office layout, resources, and processes. Labor Laws & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, employee benefits, and workplace safety. Stay updated on legal changes. Licensing & Permits: Manage the acquisition and renewal of necessary licenses and permits for operations. Operational Efficiency: Develop strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Monitor performance and drive improvements. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Vendor & Supplier Management: Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
