Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and addressing client inquiries.
  • Handle mail, fax, and internet correspondence to ensure seamless communication.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone or written correspondence to resolve concerns.
  • Respond to participant questions and engage in discussions to gather critical information.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Open to candidates with completed college education; prior experience not necessary.
  • High School and Senior High School graduates with BPO experience also considered.
  • Excellent English communication skills required.
  • BPO experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work onsite preferred.
  • Proximity to the work location within 25 km to 35 km ideal.
