About the Role
—no cold calling required Customers reach out to us directly, and your role is to
guide them through the booking process, answer their questions, and close the saleKey Responsibilities:
Convert leads into bookingsby providing expert service recommendations
Confidently close sales, addressing customer questions and objections
Assist customers in selecting the best services based on their needs and location
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service fulfillment
Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions
What We're Looking For:
Strong closing skillsand the ability to turn inbound inquiries into bookings
Experience in customer service and inbound sales(B2C preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English
– persuasive, clear, and professional
Ability to handle objections, problem-solve, and build customer trustFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus
