Who are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of college undergraduate (with or without back subjects) or a completed associate's/diploma degree

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, including 6 months in inbound sales in a BPO setting.

• Good understanding of consumer electronics products

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Amenable to work on rotating shifts

• With access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription

• Can temporarily work from home and onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
