Job Role:

The Finance Support role at a leading organization enables individuals to bring out their best. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, including invoice printing, administrative works, and hard copy delivery to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle invoice printing, administrative works, and hard copy delivery to local and international customers/partners
  • Monitor and fix digital invoice and attachment issues
  • Monitor and support edoc-cockpit error report and follow up on necessary emails and documents
  • Dispatch FinDirect tickets and provide first-level support
  • Support correction of tax-related billing issues
  • Monitor and send pending list of rejected CMS cases to stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Check validity of billable items and issue invoices
  • Provide support on clean-up activity, mass transactional executions, and administrative-related tasks
Essential Qualifications:
  • Business education (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of work experience welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Extremely detail-oriented, solution-focused, organized, and with strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems with little direct supervision
  • Strong work ethics

This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
