Your Role
As a Cybersecurity Services Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading our cybersecurity transformation programs across multiple security domains. This includes providing leadership to a large team of security analysts, consultants, and architects.
- You will oversee the organization, administration, and supervision of Cybersecurity Services resources, processes, and technologies necessary for account support.
- You will be responsible for overseeing delivery by employees and subcontractors to IBM Clients.
- You will establish policies designed to ensure consistently high service performance and monitor employee work.
- You will evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes and manage contract/account financial performance (revenue, cost, delivery to cost case).
Required Technical Expertise
- You must have more than 15 years of experience leading Cybersecurity transformation programs across multiple security domains.
- You must have experience with security domains include: Cloud security, Security operations, incident response management, data and application security management.
- You must have experience in multiple security areas such as SIEM, EDR, XDR, ASM, IDS, APT, and WAF and Security Assessment tools (NMAP, Nessus).
