As a Finance Transformation Manager, you'll drive initiatives focused on finance platform implementation, Oracle solution design, and end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring operational efficiency and ROI optimization for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle transformation projects, including Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS (on-premises) engagements.

- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on Oracle roadmap adoption and driving transformation decisions.

- Design and implement finance business processes across multiple functions, ensuring optimal ROI and fit-for-purpose solutions.

- Define business cases for Oracle transformations, perform ROI calculations, and present actionable insights.

- Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their challenges and delivering IT architecture, strategic planning, and solution recommendations.

- Drive end-to-end consulting engagements, covering product selection, value realization, and fit-gap assessments.

- Independently handle proposal development, sales pipeline initiatives, and client interactions, ensuring engagement growth.

- Continuously drive best practices, tools, methodologies, and digital transformation accelerators, enhancing client success.

- Supervise teams of consultants, analysts, and client personnel, ensuring effective project delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Your Skills & Qualifications

- Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS implementations, with a solid understanding of Oracle Financials, Supply Chain Management, and EPM modules.

- Strong background in end-to-end Oracle system integration projects, roadmap planning, and finance architecture design.

- Deep knowledge of finance business processes, including Accounts Payable, Receivables, General Ledger, and Controlling Org Structure.

- Proficient in solution design, advisory work, fit-gap assessments, and business case creation.

- Solid experience in project delivery, programme management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies.

- Skilled in proposal writing, client engagement, and business development activities.

- Knowledge of digital finance technologies, reporting tools, and dashboard development in Oracle environments.

Your Experience Counts

- MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-school, CPA, or similar professional qualifications.

- 15+ years of experience in Oracle transformation projects, design to implementation across financial modules.

- At least 8+ years of consulting experience, preferably in top consulting firms or large enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, pre-sales activities, and proposal development.

- Extensive experience in managing global, cross-functional teams across Oracle landscapes.
