Financial Services Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in accounts payable and bookkeeping to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform payment processing and accounts payable tasks, including monitoring accounts payable inbox, obtaining invoice approvals, and managing payments.
  • Review employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
  • Complete monthly-close-related tasks, such as preparing and posting journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, and importing Property TB activity into Yardi.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions closely. You should have proficiency working with ERP systems, particularly Yardi Investment Accounting, and be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and PDF editor.

Benefits:
