This exciting opportunity involves providing top-notch technical support via various channels, collaborating with escalation engineers to resolve complex issues, and maintaining accurate documentation for internal and external use.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support via phone, chat, and ticket systems
  • Collaborate with escalation engineers to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain precise documentation and training materials for both internal and external use
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and team members through excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you must possess a solid background in technical support, customer service, and communication. A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in H.323 and SIP protocols, PBX systems, network administration, and programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is highly desirable.
