Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via chat, email, or phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure consistency

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
