Lead Financial Operations

This role is responsible for managing the financial operations of a company, including general ledger, month-end close, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting standards and internal controls.

  • Lead a team of accountants to ensure timely and accurate financial data entry, reconciliations, and adjustments.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in general accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
