Job Description
As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and driving sales growth for our market-leading cosmetics brand. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement tailored sales and promotional strategies, and analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage key customer accounts and drive sales growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements
- Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand distribution and product placement
Requirements
- 3 years of proven experience in a key accounts or sales management role
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse data
- Highly organised with ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
