About the role
Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and driving sales growth for our market-leading cosmetics brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail accounts
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for the business
  • Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand distribution and product placement within key accounts
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement tailored sales and promotional strategies for key accounts
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all key account partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery

What we're looking for

  • With 3 years of proven experience in a key accounts or sales management role, ideally within the retail or consumer products industry
  • Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Passion for the cosmetics industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends
  • Collaborative team player with a proven track record of working cross-functionally
