Financial Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced financial professional to manage our day-to-day accounting operations.

This is a full-time, long-term position with stable hours, career progression, and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly payroll for 80+ employees
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment runs and collections
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations in Xero
  • Issue daily invoices based on customer orders
  • Maintain and update live data in Google Sheets
  • Prepare monthly financial reports that are accurate and on time
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers
  • Recommend improvements to financial systems and workflows
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Deep expertise in Xero reconciliations, reports, bulk imports, payroll, etc.
  • Hands-on experience processing payroll for 80+ employees
  • Proven AP/AR experience in businesses with high turnover
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
