
Corporate Training Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to conduct product-specific training sessions, focusing on onboarding and foundational training for new sales hires. Additionally, the trainer will provide coaching and support trainees while managing administrative tasks related to training.
Key Responsibilities:- Needs Assessment: Evaluate learning needs and identify skill gaps in employees.
- Program Design: Develop effective training materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate comprehensive training sessions on onboarding, leadership development, and skills enhancement.
- Program Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness by collecting data cadence and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, recommending improvements as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly update training programs based on industry best practices in learning and development.
- Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in instructional design for related fields, with expertise in leadership and compliance-related training.
- Experience: Familiarity with various training methods (e.g., in-person, online, workshops) and ability to manage or create modules via e-learning platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Instructional Design: Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs that incorporate adult learning principles.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Organizational: Ability to manage training logistics and materials efficiently.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with e-learning platforms and software.
- Interpersonal: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and work effectively with diverse groups.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt training techniques to meet the needs of the audience.
- Creativity: Creative approach to make training engaging and interactive.
