Job Title: Servicing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional communication.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing world-class client experiences. In this role, you will be interacting with customers to address their inquiries and resolve complaints regarding our products and services.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide timely service. Your primary goal will be to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.

Your excellent communication skills and ability to understand complex ideas will enable you to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding client products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs and provide timely service.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Three years of customer service experience, including email, phone, or chat support.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications, such as Google Drive and MS Office.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Intercom CRM.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers.
