Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ConnectUs Marketing Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support and administrative tasks, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for office equipment and computer systems
  • Manage asset deployment and tracking, including computer equipment and software
  • Perform inventory audits and analyze supply levels to anticipate shortages
  • Setup and update computer settings and software as needed
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands
  • Coordinate events and meetings as required
Requirements
  • Experience in IT support or administrative roles
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of computer troubleshooting and formatting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
