Senior Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Consultant to spearhead our team's success.

This key role entails designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using testing tools, as well as creating test strategies and documents. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide accurate records of results and share feedback with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using testing tools
  • Create test strategies and test documents, and processes
  • Report and discuss issues with the development team
  • Perform both manual and automation testing and create test scripts for projects
  • Provide accurate records of results, test cases, and share feedback with project teams
  • Ensure finished products comply with project objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools
  • Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium)
  • Working experience in API Testing
  • Experience with any programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python)
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skill and report writing skill

Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.
  • Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases
