Virtual Support Specialist">

We are seeking an ambitious Virtual Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to both operational efficiency and creative initiatives.

This role involves providing administrative support to our CEO, including drafting, proofreading and editing correspondence, presentations and other documents. You will also be responsible for creating visually appealing presentations, reports, social media graphics and other internal/external communication materials using Canva.

In addition to these tasks, you will assist in creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand. You will also create and maintain spreadsheets, organize data, and assist with basic financial tracking or expense reporting.

You will provide support on various projects, including tracking deadlines, organizing resources and facilitating communication among team members. You will prepare agendas, take detailed minutes and follow up on action items for key meetings.

As part of your duties, you will coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation. You will also assist with general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Your analytical skills will be utilized to conduct business research and analysis and write reports. You must handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage spreadsheets and contribute to basic project management tasks.
  • Ability to conduct business research and analysis and write reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in Canva is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI and eagerness to learn more of it.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
