Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to help us build functional systems that enhance customer experience.

This individual will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering and be familiar with Ruby or Python.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement integrations requested by customers
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements:

  1. Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
  2. Good knowledge of Ruby or Python
  3. Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  4. Problem-solving attitude
  5. Team spirit
  6. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  7. Able to sync/overlap with AUS timezone

About the Position

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 9AM - 6PM Manila Time. The successful candidate will be required to work from home, equipped with their own personal equipment and stable internet connection. We require at least 10MBPS for both download and upload speed.
