Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Operations Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in the implementation and setup of clients on our products.

As a key member of our Global Privacy Solutions Team, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success. You will work closely with the Technical Account Management Team to deliver tasks and projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of various ERP systems. A passion for working in a dynamic team is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Technical Account Management Team in implementing and setting up clients on our products
  • Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related fields
  • Front End Web Development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, and other relevant tools
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms, preferably online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel; basic knowledge of Web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.)
  • Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage, both oral and written
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work through complex problems with creative solutions
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other teams
