Financial Specialist Job Description

Maintain and manage accurate financial records, including general ledgers and bank reconciliations.

  • Create and prepare various financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Develop and implement budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and provide expert advice on cost reduction.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local and international accounting laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field is required. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and QuickBooks certification are preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience as a CPA in a corporate setting is necessary.

  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and financial statements.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
