The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and organized individual to take on a key role in our operations team. As an Operation Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and coordinating events.
  • Assisting with daily time record checking and validation.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by helping with interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry.
  • Performing other tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or college-level education.
  • At least 6 months experience in recruitment or interviewing applicants.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
