Project Management Operations Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Operations Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by providing support to the Portfolio Manager.

  • This includes coordinating project management activities with internal resources and third-party vendors related to domain-specific tasks, as well as providing logistics and administrative support.
  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, project management, or a related field, and a minimum of 1 year experience as a PMO analyst or in a similar role in Telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in creating and maintaining domain-level and rolled-up project documentation and reports.
  2. Transform project data into usable reports for the project delivery team.
  3. Attend project-related meetings, ceremonies, and critical site activities.
  4. Vendor management and vendor resource tracking.
  5. Provide timely updates and project reports as needed.
  6. Identify and sort Statements of Work (SOW) based on region/squad/teams/vendors, etc.
  7. Prepare reports in client-required formats (examples: Status, Post-activity, Completion, Progress, Deviation Analysis, Build Fault Ticket Closure, Rolling Forecast/Build Planning, PCR Monitoring).
  8. Support TRFS/CRFS, milestone tracking, and handover to operations.
  9. Consolidate master data and ensure proper gating and data completeness; build handover-to-ops reports.
  10. Transform project data to usable reports to aid risk mitigation and issue resolution related to budget, inventory, and PR/PO.
  11. Consolidate and analyze rollout and project updates to monitor initiatives within the portfolio; provide summaries for portfolio performance metrics.
  12. Monitor end-to-end compliance of projects against the portfolio roadmap.
  13. Support the Portfolio Manager in critical portfolio meetings and cadences.
  14. Participate in Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) to identify wins, lessons learned, and key improvements.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a PMO analyst or in a similar role in Telecommunications.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong coordination, administrative abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools; experience in vendor/subcontract management.
  • Experience in validation and review of complex data; good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills; team player capable of generating dashboards from available data.
