Business Analyst Sales Compliance

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst Sales Compliance, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing financial charges from retail channels and e-commerce platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing detailed reports and presentations using data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Facilitating chargeback reviews using e-commerce and retail channel portals.
  • Conducting financial charge qualitative reviews.
  • Analyzing distributor compliance programs.
  • Investigating compliance penalties and recommending potential solutions.
  • Creating state-of-business reports for retail channels and e-commerce accounts.

You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions to mitigate risks and drive business growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial Management, or related fields.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, and Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Business Intelligence tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Sales and Operations Planning is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Software is an asset.
