Lease Contracts Administrator

A key role in the lease documentation process is to support end-to-end lease administration by preparing, reviewing and managing lease-related documents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft and process lease documents including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs) and Amendments using CRM and document management tools.
  • Ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations and equipment details before finalizing documents.
  • Maintain compliance with internal standards and documentation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing or a strong document administrative role.
  • Experience with document management, processing and creation is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage high email traffic and intra-office communication.
  • Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms is advantageous.
