Technical Support Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and managing customer support inquiries via multiple channels, prioritizing and addressing them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Providing friendly and accurate responses to clients contacting us, ensuring that their issues are resolved effectively.
  • Collaborating with the ticket and technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.

To measure effectiveness in this role, we will evaluate performance based on key metrics such as:

  1. Customer satisfaction ratings, including CSAT and NPS
  2. Average time to resolve customer issues
  3. Average number of issues resolved

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role, with a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Additionally, they should have proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic grammar skills, and average typing speed of 40 - 60 WPM.
