Key Role in Our Team

The Host Activations Agent plays a critical part in supporting our hosts or property owners to list their homes on our platform. This role is directly responsible for setting up their units through the verification and activation process, ensuring every requirement is met so their listings can go live smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the property onboarding checklist to ensure all key milestones are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with account managers and customer success specialists to resolve listing issues such as missing details or incorrect pricing.
  • Meet or exceed internal targets for property activation speed and quality.
  • Verify that each listing meets our property quality standards before going live.
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain details clearly and confidently.
  • A strong sense of ownership - someone committed to showing up, getting things done quickly, and taking full accountability for their work.
  • Eager to continuously learn, adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, and build knowledge of the real estate business.
