We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our international payroll team, responsible for delivering accurate, timely payroll for our Australian clients while providing excellent client service.
This is a full-time position that involves working with our payroll partners and ensuring compliance with all local regulations and security standards.
The role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A key aspect of this role is building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor.

Responsibilities:- Process and review payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy
- Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely submission
- Assist clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues
- Work closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience
- Identify and report any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing
- 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance
- Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
