Job Title

The Senior Controller oversees the end-to-end financial management cycle, encompassing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling in support of business objectives.
  • Oversee month-end close processes to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and present management reports highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Mentor and lead a remote finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems; SAP, Oracle, Hyperion etc. preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote/Work from Home setup.
